There are multiple adjustable settings for that in Preferences - Interface section: https://updates.fastrawviewer.com/data/FastRawViewer2-Manual-ENG.pdf#pag... You may adjust either Selected/Active files contrast to change thumbnail area background or Active (current) file border to change thumbnail area border. Application manual is available via Menu - Help - PDF Manual to not re-download it each time
