Preview missing for some DNG/RAW from some Topaz Denoise enhanced photos

I use Topaz to remove noise and sharpen my Raw photos.    FRV doesn't display the preview thumbnail for some of them.  
It does work OK when I open with single Image.  
I've included a screenshot.

Without knowing what version of FastRawViewer you are using and having a sample of file where no preview is shown in FastRawViewer we can't help, sorry.

(Raw data can't be sharpened, denoised, or manipulated in any other way to remain raw.)

Thank you for the file samples.

DNG files in the provided set do not contain any (embedded) previews, only a single RAW image.

Thanks.  I will raise a ticket with Topaz.  
I'm curious though ... All my other viewers,  Finder, Bridge, Lightroom, Windows File explorer display the thumbnail. 
Why do they work, and not FRV?
