Fuji X-Trans Sensors

Hi,

I am seeing some strange artifacts when viewing the RAF file from my Fuji X-T4.
There seems to be a lot of green, blue and red pixelation which also makes it seem out of focus, also the colours seem saturated for the greens, I am used to RAW files being more subdued
There should be attached an image of what I am talking about, on the left is the JPEG preview and right the RAW Fuji RAF file.
Is this expected or is there some setting I am missing to process the X-Trans RAW files better ?

JPEGs (previews embedded into raw files and external out-of-camera ones) are heavily post-processed. In FastRawViewer we don't beautify presentation of raw data.

However there are a few FastRawViewer Preferences settings that may help:
- make sure that 'Use high speed preview for Fujifilm X-Trans' is not checked ('Performance' tab)
- if your video card allows that, opt for 'OpenGL' as 'Graphics engine'; 'Bicubic' as 'Image resampling method'; 'Area resize' as 'Downsampling' method; 'All RAW files' for 'Process RAW data on GPU' ('GPU Processing' tab, covered in 'Customizing Display Modes' section of the manual, p.149; and further, in 'GPU Processing' section, p.195)

Thanks for the info, I have made the adjustments as sugested, there is a slight improvement I think, however there green pixels are still quite visible, its not too much of a problem I will have to swap between the JPEG, just to check sharpness as I work though to cull images.
Appreciate the reply.
