Can an FRV-adjusted file be saved?

Hi,
I've been reading the FRV manual about exposure and whitebalance adjustements, and I was wondering if it is possible to save the adjusted image?
Thanks,
Jim

Dear Sir:

FastRawViewer saves adjustment parameters in Adobe-compatible sidecar XMP files.

Do you know which apps, or may have tested which apps are able to use the .xmp files that FRV produces?

Thanks,
Jim

Dear Sir:

Adobe Lightroom, Adobe CameraRaw (ACR).

If raw files are already imported into an Adobe Lightroom catalog, you will need to explicitly trigger synchronization to import changes to XMP files made in FastRawViewer:

▪ select a file or a group of files for which you want to refresh XMP data in a Lightroom catalog.

▪ use Menu – Metadata – Read metadata from files, or the context menu which appears on the right-click, selecting Metadata – Read metadata from files.

Full details are in FastRawViewer manual, section "What happens when you use several applications simultaneously to modify XMP files", page 54.

For your convenience, the FastRawViewer Manual comes with the application (main Menu - 'Help' - 'PDF Manual') and is fully searchable.
