Scene capture type

Scene capture type seems not to be working in exif panel of FRV for my X-T1, it shows "standard" for all my RAF files.
Is this a bug or could it be my camera setup ? It shows all other Exif information just fine in the Exif panel.
And yes i did tick the box in the Exif display preferences of FRV.

Thanks, Iwan.

Dear Sir:

I don't see user setting to change the scene capture type EXIF field in X-T1 manual. Film simulations are not the same as scene capture type, and film simulation mode tag is in Makernotes, not in the standard EXIF fields.

Wow that is fast ! Just let me start by saying FRV is a stunning and excellent piece of software ! I should have bought it a long time ago already. But better late then never right ?
Not the same, ok but what do you mean by makernotes ?
Sorry i dont get it, English is not my native language (could you do it in Dutch ? Kiddin* )
You're right i mean the film simulations, is there a way to see that in FRV ?

Thanks, Iwan.

Dear Sir:

Makernotes are an undocumented part of a file, a special set of fields (often contained within EXIF). Those fields are "notes" that are suposed to help camera manufacturers ("Makers") with camera diagnostics and data rendering. Normally, FastRawViewer doesn't decode the Makernote fields that are unique to some camera brand or model unless those fields are necessary for correct presentation of raw data. Film simulations are unique to Fujifilm and have no effect on raw data, that is why we don't decode those.
