Hi Alex,
I second this request to support HDR file formats, particularly AVIF. Most modern ILCs already capture a dynamic range that allows HDR processing. Support for HDR-range image formats such as AVIF has already been implemented in Chrome & Chrome-based browers, Safari etc. So, I now frequently process my RAW files to AVIF in ACR (and Lightroom Classic) and save them back to the same folder as the originals where they are (unfortunately) not visible in FRV.

My main monitor is a 2019 iMac that is quite capable of viewing HDR-processed images. All Mac-silicon laptops & most iPads can do so, too. So I'm increasingly sending HDR-range images to the Web and I guess that the trend to using this processing format will only accelerate now that ACR/LR support processing.
