FastRawViewer offers _Rejected and _Selected folders, as well as labels and ratings. FastRawViewer doesn't overwrite Lightroom-specific flags that are already in XMP, that is if Lightroom already created an XMP. More, it's not obvious why at the initial culling stage one would use 'Pick' flag (especially given that this flag is not supported by many raw converters and image browsers, and isn't a part of XMP specification here https://developer.adobe.com/xmp/docs/XMPSpecifications ) instead of, say, copying to a _Selected folder and importing the _Selected folder into Lightroom, or assigning the 'P' key to a label you want to use to identify the 'pick' status.
