Hi thanks for such quick reply,
to clear up the terminology i was referring to exposure correction "Keep from prev file" setting,  but find it very cumbersome and while i attempted using it few times throughout the years i always give up. It assumes fully sequential curling and one of the biggest problems is exactly that that is keeps from a previous file, even if a folder is switched and can mess up exposure on files which dont need it.

to clear up my request, basically i am asking if exposure (and while we are at it WB) settings in "Adjust" tab and hot keys especialy, and the bottom bar can be enabled to modify exposure on multiple files at once. Currently they are only enabled if a file is open and grayed out in image grid and filmstrip for multiple files.

As these adjustments (exposure and wb) are also just writen to xmp files like as for rotation setting (which is enabled and functions in all views for single and multiple files) it doesn't seem like it should be hard to enable.

I initially wrote implement which also seems incorrect as it seems more of a "enable" the functionality for multiple files as it already exists for other settings. Rating, notes, categories, rotation ... all are just writen to XMPs and can be done to multiple files at once and Exposure and WB which also are just writen to XMPs cant for multiple files.

thanks, I hope i didn't convolute this too much :)
