Could you please specify

  1. Do you use default _Rejected folder name, or have changed it to 'Global Rejected' folder (i.e. full path like c:\files\rejected)?
  2. Is confirmation dialog displayed when you select 'Clear Rejected' or not? (sample: http://www.fastrawviewer.com/sites/fastrawviewer.com/files/clear-rejecte... )
