FastRawViewer uses standard xmp:Rating and xmp:Label XMP sidecars tags.
Ratings: some programs may use own metadata database and you may need to sync it with XMP files explicitly (for example, Adobe Lightroom requires it for images already imported into catalog)
Labels: different programs uses different 'label styles' (words/phrases assigned to label). You may need to sync used style with your programs. To change style in FRV use Preferences - XMP - XMP Label style (you may need to use 'Custom' style and enter your own labels)
