Please make sure you use 'Standard' (not 'Legacy') version.
To check: navigate to Applications folder in FInder, use right click, than Get Info. Subversion information is in Copyright section (Copyright.... 2020, Version Info: 1.7.0.1684 (Standard))
(or just download latest 1.7.1 and reinstall other existing version)
Normally, Legacy version will refuse to open on Big Sur, but if you've upgraded to Big Sur after installing/upgrading FRV, Apple notary service check may be skipped for already installed applications.
