M.A., I usually cull from the SD card and the reject folder the rejects go to is the one created by FRV on the SD card. That is the folder that is deleted before import. However there would be no drama in sending all images to an external drive first and doing it from there. I agree that LR is a lot more streamlined and would be my preferred choice however I wasn't happy with the subscription model. After the initial learning curve I find CaptureOne to be okay. FRV is always my first step and I find that it makes the initial selection process much faster.
