After pressing [+] (add shortcut) this window should appear: https://www.fastrawviewer.com/sites/fastrawviewer.com/files/kb-edit-4_2.png (this is example for mouse-only action, Next/Prev file will not have 'keyboard/mouse wheel....' disclaimer) You need to use mouse wheel when mouse cursor is within capture window.
