FastRawViewer supports only
FastRawViewer supports only standard Nikon raw compression modes (uncompressed and lossless compressed). Lossy HE/HE* formats are not supported yet, for such files embedded JPEG or associated JPEG from RAW+JPEG pair is displayed.

Support for new RAW formats
Support for new RAW formats (e.g Z9-specific HE/HE* formats) always requires additional unknown time (because RAW formats are never documented, except DNG). We are working on it

Isn't HE/HE* video recordings
Isn't HE/HE* video recordings? This is a still
image from a camera that released over a year ago. Am I understanding correctly that you don't support the raw still image files from this camera?

Unfortunately, HE/HE* format is not documented by Nikon (even though it's been a year)
We support Nikon Z9 in full accordance with the description given in the list of supported cameras: https://www.fastrawviewer.com/cameras-supported/Nikon
