During "Fast Upgrade" to Build 10162, my AMD Radeon HD 6700 was detected, and an update was installed.
Also, I installed the AMD Catylst utility for Windows 8.1 (latest ... nothing for Win 10), and I suppose it installed the latest drivers.
When I attempted to launch FastRawViewer, it again wouldn't launch. I captured a dump file, which is at: http://www.canprint.org/Misc/150705b_FastRawViewer.DMP
I did install Build 10162 on another "bare metal unformatted partition" and then installed FRV 1.1.1.660. That launched fine.
My speculation is there is some kind of conflict with other apps I've installed from Adobe, Canon, and others. I can supply a screen shot from "Programs and Features" to show what else is installed, if that would help.
