Hi,
I've been reading the FRV manual about exposure and whitebalance adjustements, and I was wondering if it is possible to save the adjusted image?
Thanks,
Jim

In the previous version of FRV I was able to click an exposure button in the bottom bar and increase the exposure of an under-exosed image.I just d/l-ed version 2, and it says N/A and is greyed out. In the top toolbar, Adjust Exposure correction is ticked, but tall the options ar egreyed out. Can I get this to work like it did before? (Mac M1, Ventura).
Thanks in advance.

Hi Dear Developer,
Many thanks to your constantly updating apps.
This request is not about apps but Forum which lacks a search function. So it's impossible to scan all topics and find a solution before throwing my request. Don't you mind repetitive requests?
Thank you

Hi there,
Is there a way to add a 'Pick' - essentially an opposite of 'Rejects'?
Initially I want to be able to just highlight Picks, before moving on to culling, rating etc?
If not, do you have any suggestions for how to achieve this?
Closest thing I can think of is assigning a color to be a Pick.
Your help is much appreciated.
Cheers,
Subir

Hi, when using FRV I'm often checking to see if highlight details are recoverable, but I just noticed that it doesn't give the full recoverable details. Shown here is FRV with no settings, FRV with highlight button activated (which I thought would show all the recoverable highlights) and Capture One with just the exposure slider -2 stops. Yes I'm aware I shouldn't be blowing out my images like that but the light was moving around erratically! This was shot on a Sony A9ii.

Hello!
I've been using FRV in my workflow for culling, and it's an absolutely fantastic piece of software. Thank you for creating it.
I was wondering if there is a possibility for adding keyword support while using FRV?
During my culling process, I'll typically add structured keywords as a way to later organize / filter images, usually embedding them in the files so that my destination photo library software will have access to these keywords and photos can automatically sorted into "smart folders".

Hello FastRawViewer Team,
please remove the limit of prefetched RAW files of 65. Using a machine with a weaker CPU/GPU the prefetched images are loading fast, but when the prefetch cash runs out, the change between files is slow. I tried to set a bigger Value in the windows registry, but it seems to have no effect. Also it seems that if i want to go some images back to compare them, the prefetched cash of viewed images is quite small, so going back some images gets slow.

Hi, it would be great if one could set up different panel positions and save them / switch between them.
I sometimes work with two monitors so all panels can go to the second monitor leaving much room for the main picture on the first monitor.
But sometimes there is no second monitor available so I would like to have a second setting with all panels arranged on one monitor.
I tried simply by quitting FastRawViewer and copying saved versions of the com.libraw-llc.FastRawViewer.plist file but this did not work.
Do you have any idea how to solve this?

EXIF information (at least sometimes) includes the sequence number of a shot in a "burst". For example the EXIF for my Olympus camera includes:
Drive Mode : Continuous Shooting, Shot 15
It would be great if you could show the Shot number next to the File Name, or next to the Time, or somewhere in each thumbnail area in the Grid View. This would be helpful when culling within bursts of images, analyzing the success of one's shooting techniques, etc.
Thanks.

It would be nice to see the seconds of the time that each image was taken. That would be helpful when dealing with bursts of images. I looked for a preference setting to add seconds and didn't find it.
Thanks.
