I love to evaluate pictures withouth any other frame than a black frame in full screen.
How to remove everything also the bottom bar and change to black rather than grey for a full screen?
Does the 2.0 version also show PSD (Photoshop files) ?

I am new to the software and have tried but failed to find how to do this.
If I have missed this fucntion please tell me.
Basically I need a way to filter and see only photos eddited by Topaz Photo AI which changes one EXIF entry from my camera maker to Topaz Photo AI in the XML tag SW/FW Meta Data header. How can I search for photos and see only those that match this parameter?
Thanks in advance for any assistance here.

I would find it useful to have a new batch action that performs the following sequence:
- create a new project directory
- copy the selected files to the new project directory
- rename the copied files per a rename template
All of the actions above are currently possible using FRV. I find myself repeating these three actions every time I use FRV to cull photos. It would be nice if they could be bundled up in a new batch processing dialog box that includes:

Hi there
If I open a raw file in Adobe Camera Raw (say reduce Exp, and boost shadows slider), click Done (to save XMP), return to FRV, click Reload file, the only changes visible is the Exp reduction. The boost shadow adjustment is not visible. Is there a way to force FRV to reflect all edits performed in ACR?
Thanks!

Does FRV support collections like Adobe Bridge? If so, how/where? Thanks.

Hi!
I didn't find any search tool, so I'm asking if there´s a way to move all selection (for example) to rejected / selected folders with a shortcut. I tried to search all over the options but can't find anything like that. The only way is using the mouse + right button but I woul prefer to do that by a keyboard shortcut.
Is that possible? If not, would you please consider that for an improvement?
Thanks.
Martino.

Hi,
I shoot with RAW + JPG.
The JPGs are for quick wireless transfer to the PC during the shoot.
Already during the shoot I want to use FRV to view, check and rate the photos (the JPGs) and sometimes write titles and comments.
These added EXIF infos are saved to XMP sidecar files.
After the shoot I want to copy the missing RAWs to the PC and then do further rating/culling.

Hi,
My main laptop crashed today so I am trying to move to a new laptop and was trying to use FastRawViewer 2.0.5.
On the original laptop when I use FRV, I can use the mouse wheel and it will change to the next image AND highlight the next image in the bottom panel. but for some reason FRV on the new laptop is not doing that...
Or rather, it does do that for awhile, then at some point, it stops changing the image and stops highliting the next image in the botgtom panel.
How can I setup FRV to behave the same way as the old laptop?
Thanks,
Jim

Just purchased a Fuji X-H2S and noticed FRV isn't supporting HEIF yet. Is support coming soon?

I'm really enjoying FastRawViewer, but the only thing it's really lacking for my workflow is better IPTC metadata support. Specifically, keyword tagging and the ability to display and display & edit more IPTC fields in the metadata panel. I hardly ever use the IPTC-Title field, which is what the app maps to. Generally, I use IPTC-Headline for this, and I believe Headline is perhaps more commonly used with Lightroom, Capture One, and Apple as well. It would be nice to be able to re-map this in Preferences.
