Hi,
I noticed that when scrolling through images (in a directory) that FRV changes the "View" (RiE) setting back to "R" everytime I change to the next image.
I have both RAW (.NEF) and JPG files in the same dir.
I mainly cull for sharpness, so I have to change it to "E" every time I scroll to the next image.
Is there a way to configure FRV so that it persists that setting instead of changing back to "R"?

I have noticed that with the most recent update, the style and colors that FRV uses to display high ISO noise has changed significantly. the noise seems to have more random color to it and resembles adobe's interpretation versus the cleaner look that comes from capture NXD... it has a noticeably stronger purple tint. Is there a reason for this change? I feel the old style was a better representation of optimal output using capture NXD and would like to know if there is a way to change it back. Thanks for a fantastic program!

I'm a newbie who desperately needs a workflow process that works.  I also have Affinity photo, Topaz Studio 2 Luminar and Lightroom.  I have been thinking of replacing LR with Luminar to use Luminar's library features so I don't have to pay monthly. Right now I start out after a shoot by copying my card contents to folder on my my desktop drive (backed up with idrive) labeled by date and event. EG:  2020-3-15 Brush Hollow Then I import the folder in Luminar to cull. Then I export single photos to another folder so I can open them in Topaz and Affinity for post production.

today I switched from individual reject folders to a global reject folder. 
How can I delete all photos inside this folder within FRV?

I would appreciate if the information shown above and below an image in the grid could be enhanced. Instead of choosing a single EXIF info tag, it should be possible to choose exposure information AND camera model AND timestamp, etc. More flexibility would be nice.
In the single image view, information like exposure information AND other EXIF infos should be shown above / below / overlayed the image itself (like in Lightroom) and not only in the EXIF display or in the buttom line.

Saved Affinity Photo files are not recognised by FRV and consquently the need to launch image via Windows Desktop. Apologies if this problem may have been raised before but its very important for my workflow.

Is there a way to view 2 images side by side. This feature is very important to me for culling images.

I have been testing compatibility with Capture One 20. (I have been using FRV with Lightroom for a while.) While I can read and write color labels and star ratings of RAW files back and forth from Capture One 20 to and from FRV 1.5.3, I cannot seem to read any star ratings or color labels in FRV created by Capture One 20 from JPG files (these are Nortisu film scans). I have pasted one XMP sidecar that FRV cannot read (or display correctly). I have also included a screenshot of my XMP preferences.

I do a lot of exposure bracketing for HDR purposes, using ETTR techniques. Occasionally I have individual captures that are mostly blown-out highlights, but which still have useful information in deep shadow areas. When I attempt to manually apply an exposure adjustment to such captures, I'm finding that the FRV interface simply does not allow me to enter a negative adjustment of 5 EV or more in magnitude. I've tried, but can't seem to find a way to change or circumvent this arbitrary limit. Help?

Is there a way to delete the _Rejected folder when clearing it? After culling images with FRV, I'm left with little empty _Rejected folders littering the folders.
