I have been using FastRawViewer on and off for the last few years. A new camera with more possibilites has renewed my interest. (Nikon D610).

I am completely new to FRV buying to compliment my editing software, so far very impressed. However I do have one issue - inability to display stitched panarama images. Thumbnail displays a message 'Dimensions Too Large'. Apologies if this problem has been raised before but if support is out there maybe this feature may be included in a future update.

I have a dual card camera and I already culled and moved my raw files to the rejected folder. Is it too late to use the feature save selection to file now? How do I get my 2nd SD card full of jpgs to match the raw files I already deleted on my 1st card?

I'm on Windows 10, I can see my X-H1 peripheral in Windows File Explorer but it doesn't show in FRV. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to import my photos onto my HDD before I can start culling?

Can I start FastRawViewer without splashscreen as you can in Word or Excel for example?
Found Answer by trying it.
Yes you can as same as Word/Excel. In the shortcu just put " /q" at the end of the address line and bingo no spalashscreen and faster start.

Hello,
I'm new to RAW processing in general and I need to rework my image management workflow due to the speed and quality of viewing RAW files. One part is culling and FastRawViewer seems to be a good solution here.
I'm using digiKam/darktable on windows and I have a problem with FRV and XMP sidecar files. digiKam and darktable store XMP data preferably in a file named:
image.ext.xmp
e.g. DSC_1723.NEF.xmp
digiKam will search for XMP files in order:
> image.ext.xmp
> image.xmp
and then will use the found file.

Hi there,
I can't seem to find any option to set auto advance when I move a file to Rejected or Selected folder via a keyboard shortcut.
Is there an option somewhere hidden? I searched the manual as well.

Hello,
I have to questions regarding RFV 1.5.4
#1 I generally work in the grid mode and don't want any panels here except of the folder panel on the left. But if I select a photo for the single view I want the panels on the right (XMP, Exif etc.). Is it possible to configure FRV this way?
#2 I am using a 4K screen and set the font size fo "small" wherever I found this option. This works, except for the folder name above the thumbnails in the grid view - see attached screenshot. Is there a way to set the font size for this element as well?

Problem using the Rejected global folder.
If you select photos from several photosessions at once, then very soon the program will start to produce an error that "there is already a file with the same name in the folder." (I shoot on two cameras, and I have to rename all the photos so that the client does not show them randomly)
Logically, files just move there.
Maybe you should add the ability to create at least folders with the shooting date in the global rejected ones? This will not complicate the search for accidentally deleted.
