Sometimes it would be faster for me to select the images that I want to keep than the rejects. If I am culling 1000 repetitive similar subject boring images, easier to click and pick or _Select the 25 I want than click 975 times for rejects
I created a _Selected subfolder that appears next (next on the card) to the _Rejected Subfolder
I am left handed so created Keyboard shortcuts that make it easy or faster to click the keys with my left hand on the desk. A (approved) and X for reject ( if I would be rejecting images )

Hi
About to pull the trigger on FRW after using trial for a number of days. It will develop my workflow- thank you.
Question: I can't see this within the GUI or the Help pack.
Histogram /Exposure. In ACR and DXO Photolab I can move the curser accross the image to checkout pixel brightness ( 0 to 255). I find this really helpfull to determin where, exactly, the issues may be. ( Blowouts etc). Is there this facility in FRV if not is it on the list of inclusions for a later date?
Many Thanks
R

I want to apply an exposure correction to all the images loaded. How? I can do it with a single image but not all of them.

Hi. I'm unable to open newly created JPEG files unless I rename them. Using 2.0.5, and creating files using DXO Photolab 6 and Photoshop Elements 2022. Renaming the file solves the issue and it only applies to jpgs.

Hi there, I use FRV on almost every job in the following way: ingest images using Photo Mechanic (usually two cards at a time into my Mac hard drive). I then cull using FRV as it gives the best previews for my Sony.
I often need to start culling straight away while the files are coming in. However, the filmstrip jumps around as new files come in so I can't navigate the filmstrip and it makes culling/browsing super difficult.
Is there a way around this?

I just found out that RawTherapee does not read the exposure compensation I set in FastRawViewer. Basically, it does not read the XMP sidecar files at all. I could live with this if I had a decent oneway converter script, but I just found this (way too) thin one. I could expand on that, but would like to know if there are better/existing options first :)

Hi,
I am using two monitors, it would be very useful to have a panel with zoom 100% (actual pixel) that can be moved to another monitor. This panel should display the area under the mouse cursor so the user could quickly see the actual pixel of pictures without toggling between 100% and fit to window
Thanks,
Gianpaolo

I encountered an issue when testing and i hope there is a way around it.
When i go "fullscreen mode", the image is not really fullscreen - there is a border of maybe 2 or 3 pixels on all sides around the image. The problem is that on my standard 4k monitor images that are standard 4k (fullscreen screenshots) are not shown 1:1 and the image is blurry (in all sampling modes).
Is there any way to remove the border around the image in "fullscreen mode"?
