I am testing the FastRawViewer on Mac M1 right now. I was trying to find an alternative of Irfraview on Mac.
When browsing a list of image within a folder in single image mode, I use arrow key to move to the next picture. However, when I reach the end of the list, press the arrow key wouldn't loop back to the beginning of the list. I wonder if there is any option that allow me to do this ? Thanks.

I compare four similar images and want to see which one has more details on different areas of the subject.
Because camera movement subject is located in different area on each picture.

When working with media, especially on transfer/move from an SD Card to the local drive (using the MOVE command), we inevitably come across another common format: MP4/H264/H265.
I know that the display of movie files is not a goal for this application. However, media management is a common organizational task. Rather than display a "Decoding Error" thumbnail, is there an opportunity here to display the video file's / unsupported file's finder thumbnail icon? This will allow us to understand the file's content in order to organize directories and move files as required.

Has anyone culled a wedding on an iPad Pro? Looking at getting the iPad Pro to help with culling while sitting on the couch instead of my massive MacBook Pro on my lap getting hot from use. Can it be done do you think?

Hi there,
Is there a way to toggle star/colour rating filters through keyboard shortcuts? So hitting Cmd/1 for activating or deactivating the filter for 1 star ratings, Cmd/2 for activating and deactivating star ratings of 2, and so on. So for example if I want to see all of star ratings 2 and 3, I just hit Cmd/2, Cmd/3. Then if I just want to see the 3 stars, from there I can hit Cmd/2 to remove the 2 stars from the filter.
In other software, I have this and red filter=Cmd/6, and so on.

I have a large collectoin of photos from over the years from different camera makes and models, I like to rename them based on the EXIF info. From oldest to newest.
for instance Photo_0001 is from June 6 2004
Photo_6541 is from July 4 2022
Can i do this with fast raw viewer?
It has the option to rename based on exif info but it put's said info into the file name where i like them to be simple Photo_0001 from 2004 to Photo_6541 for newest.
Thanks for the help

Hi there, in my Sony cameras (A1 and A9ii), when I zoom into playback on the camera, it zooms directly into the focussed area. It's incredibly helpful for checking focus in the most important area.
