Search/Filter images by custom EXIF field?

Is there way to search/filter images by custom EXIF field in particular i want to find bracketed photos from photo shoot that has mixed regular and bracketed photos in random order and separate them.

Feature Request: Hide grey border in Full screen mode

Hi,
In full screen mode with the "Hide All Panels" option on, there is a thin grey border around the edge of the screen. Is it possible to remove this grey border, or maybe allow changing the color of it?  I usually set the main background to black and this border is a bit distracting while viewing the image.
Thanks,
Ronnie

Batch date changes

I inadvertently selected June instead of May in my camera for all photos taken over almost a month of travel in Botswana and Malawi. Is there an easy way in FastRawViewer to batch change just the month from 6 to 5 in all the photos, without changing the day or year? Or if not in FRV, any other simple way?

FRV and Capture One 22

I'm loving FRV but I have yet to find a great tutorial or manual describing how to ONLY transfer culled images to Capture One 22 (may be true 20 and 21 also), where the selected files enter Capture One's Import dialog.  What I'm experiencing as an end result of "Run Program -> Capture One" is a referenced album being created in whatever is the "active" Capture One Session or Catalog.  This is VERY UNHELPFUL.
I watch all the folks using Lightroom and see the selected images (and any XMP data) roll into the Import dialog of LR.  That IS what I want in Capture One as well.

Feature Request: Show focus finetune settings

I primary use FastRawViewer for quickly deleting out of focus pictures. For getting the best result with my lenses, I try to finetune the focussing system, by making a lot of pictures with different apertures, different finetune settings at different focus distances.
It would be nice when I could get to select these two EXIF values, both are available in the NEF and in .jpg file

Best way to compare similar photos?

Good morning, I'm trying out the software and enjoying pretty much everything, but I still haven't found a satisfactory way to compare similar photos. In the software I used (Digital Photo Professional 3) I was able to overlap the 2 photos in 2 windows and see which one was sharper and I loved it. How do you recommend?

Feature request: File renaming categories

Could you please add a MMyy token to the drop-down menu choices in the the (much-appreciated) full renaming dialogue? That's all that I need.
However, if possible, could you also allow users to store a few options in the same renaming dialogue list? This could function like a limited version of Lightroom's keyword system, and so allow me to batch rename files to include frequently-used terms, as in "Filename MMyy family Bigfoot Madonna."
Thanks.

IPTC Metadata

Forgive me if there is already discussion on this. I haven't found a way to search the forums.
I would like to filter images by the IPTC metadata. Specifically, Keyword.
There's no reference in the user manual to "IPTC" but I see a menu item called "XMP/IPTC". Does anyone here know what this menu item does? It's greyed out on my machine so I can't try it myself.

"R" To Lightroom Classic

When I select some images and press "R", Lightroom opens and the import dialog shows.

Sometimes my selected images are checked within the LrC import dialog, and sometimes not - and I haven't discovered why this is so.
How can I consistently have my selected images checked for import every time?

Feature Requests - Invert Negatives + Forum Search

Hi there! It would be really useful for me to have the option to invert negatives; I also shoot analog and I have quite a few black&white and color negatives. It would be very good to be able to do a quick inversion to check how they look. I know that, especially for color, inverting negatives is a mixture of science and art, so I am not interested in final, production-class results, but something quick & dirty to get an idea. Maybe there is already a way to do it, but I do not know it.
