Hi, I am a new user to FRV.  I am able to see the folder of photos in FRV when I download them from an SD Card.  When I finish culling, I usually close FRV & go back to File Explorer.  I wait for the photos to be loaded and synched to the Cloud in OneDrive, usually the next day or several days depending on when I have time to go back to them.  My problem is I have not been able to import the folder into FRV.  Tonight, I was clicking around trying to find how, when I clicked on "Save selection to File".  I managed to get the folder into my Favorite folders.  HOWEVER, I could not get the

Unless I am looking in the wrong place in the settings, but I don't seem to find an option to allow to move folders arround.
E.g. I copied the DCIM folder and started sorting photos to subfolders in FRV. What I would like to do is then move those subfolders by just drag and drop to another folder. Currenly you seem to have to go back to Finder for that.
Is the folder drag and drop present somewhere? If not, can you implement it?

When out shooting macro I can end up with 50 or more sets of images to be stacked. 
The easiest way I find to pass them onto Helicon Focus (the focus stacking software I use) is to end up with a set of subfolders each containing a group of images to be stacked. It is then easy to use the batch process function in Helicon Focus to select these folders to process them.
The images to be grouped are shot in a burst so will have a small delta time between each shot.

The title says it all.
While cruising thru some RAW files I meant to press the Commend key & minus or plus keys to reduce or enlarge the image but accidentally held down the option key instead.
I noticed that some image became lighter and some darker depending wether the minus or pluse key was pressed.
Did a couple of searches but could not find a direct reference to this action. What is happening here? What is this controlling?
Is this just a viewing option or this changing the file?
Are these changes displayed somehwere within the interface?

Is there any way to refresh folder in full screen 1 window mode after files in the folder were replaced in background by other process? Tried reloading folder and thumbs by hotkeys, but the screen just stays empty. It would be nice, if FRV would scan for new files and go to the first one.

I am a new user, using the trial.  Currently using FastStone Image Viewer on Windows for culling (before that using Lightroom).  The feature both have that I would love to see in FRV is renaming the photos on export, after culling and when copying your "keepers" from memory card to disk. 
 
I've found the best rename is <YEAR> <MONTH> <DATE> <OrigFilename>
 

Hello forum.
I am new to FRV.  I must admit that the name of the program is well deserved.  Impressing!!.
 
I am an amateur ornithologist who never leave home without the camera.  I manage my picture library with Digikam and process my pictures with DXO Photo Lab.  If I have lots of pictures to process I start with FRV.  But more and more I use it even more as I discover FRV's features.

I use Olympus cameras and take many, many stacks. At present, the only way I know to find these is to use the OM Workspace software which is pretty slow and a rather frustrating experience.
 
Is it possible to extract this data from the images and display it in FRV as it would make life soooo much easier?

Currently in FRV 2.09 beta in preferences there is an option for DNG to show original RAW or Enhanced RAW data.
Issue is - this is application wide setting.
It would be much more flexible if this could be applied on per image basis.
Currently there is an option to toggle between RAW/embedded JPEG/ext. JPEG by pressing J.
It would be great if ypu could add Enhanced RAW to this list, so it would become "RAW/Enhanced RAW/embedded JPEG/ext. JPEG".
Or at least make it possible to toggle between RAW and Enhanced RAW with a hotkey.
