Is there a way to set a language for the interface? Will this ever happen?

It is often necessary to update the current folder (automatic updating of the file list does not always work). At the same time it is always necessary to update the subfolders tree. It would be very convenient to have a single shortcut that would update both the folder tree and the file list at the same time, so that you don't have to press several shortcuts sequentially to fully refresh the current folder.

I have been trying FastRaw Viewer for six days and love it. I have a question about the fast panning mode discussed on pages 107-108 of the Version 2.0 manual, where it reads:
If the image does not completely fit into the window:

I new to both macOS and FastRawViewer. That said, I have been challenged with transitioning my workflow from PC to Mac. So my question is, are you able to select multiple files by dragging the mouse over the files you want to select?
Thanks

I'm trying to replace PhotoMechanic (PM) with FRV for culling and making initial image-specific metadata selections (color/rating/title/description).
I then import my photos into Lighroom Classic.... I'm excited about how much better FRV is for raw files - it eliminates many trips to an editor to evaluate exposure while culling. But - I sometimes have some standalone jpg files (usually from a phone) in my unculled files.
My problem is that FRV's treatment of JPG files does not appear to be compatible with Lightroom Classic ingest.

tl;dr: it would be great to have the option to select any rating filter, independent of (yet) existing files at that rating.

I use the AI Denoise feature In Adobe Lightroom (Windows) to clean up high-ISO Canon .CR2 files. When applied to a .CR2 file, this feature creates a corresponding .DNG file which incorporates the noise reduction.
When comparing the original .CR2 file to the noise-reduced .DNG file using Adobe software (Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop), the difference is obvious:

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and have a few questions. I'm currently doing some image editing/image previewing in FastRaw to assess my shots and what can be done with them. I do some editing in FastRaw and I think the edits are also saved in a separate xmp file. But when I open the photo in Capture One it looks completely different / significantly worse. At the moment it's not entirely clear to me where these clear differences come from. Do I have to redo all the edits in Capture One?
Best regards
Christoph

Hi, is there a way to generate XMP files for all raw files within the same folder with the WB set to Auto?
I need to recover the <libraw:WBCoeffs> for another application
Would be great if this could be automated with a command line within FastRawViewer
Thank you

I'm testing FastRawViewer and overall it's fine, it's what I was looking for. But the file handling is very unusual.
Features proposal:
- Add a "parameters" text field to each External Editor configuration. This field may contain additional options (like -open or -delete or whatever) for the program to be run, they should be passed first, before the selected files
