FastRawViewer: questions, suggestions, feature requests.

I just installed the demo version of FRV and I'm really impressed by the superfast management of RAW files.
I only miss one feature that I consider essential, a side-by-side comparison of two or more images.
Is this feature present and I just didn't find it? Or is there any workaround to use a similar feature?
Thanks
Federico

Hey there!
I am working with RAW Files from my Nikon D850 - the raw's look quite ok - whilst the dng's from DJI's Mavic 2 Pro look quite bad.
Is there any way to display them better in terms of quality (size, resolution, colors). The files always seem to look ways too dark.
Thanks in advance
Chris

Hi,
I'm new to Fast Raw Viewer. I just bought it after I realised that Sony ACR files (bought a Sony A73) only have a low res file JPG embedded, so when I'm culling pics and checking photos in Photo Mechanic, I can only see a very pixellated preview.
All I want to do in Fast Raw View is checking focus and rate favourite pics, then delete the rest. Then import into Lightroom for processing. I have a Mac.

Hi team,
Any chance a pick flag function could be added? Currently I'm having to set a star rating on my selects so that when I import to LR I know which images I prefer (I only delete out rejects... I always import selects and non-selects). I then have to change the star rating to pick flags as star ratings are quality-related not a 'select' notifiier.

I'm extremely happy that you have created this product, it seems like it will be a lifesaver. My eyes get pretty bleary by the end of the day, but I haven't used focus peaking functions before and I'm hoping you can help me understand it better.
When I turn on Focus Peaking the image shows areas covered by tiny green dots, a few solid lines, and areas without any overlay. How can I use that tool to tell where the image is truly sharp and how sharp it is? I shoot a lot of products and closeups of hands so my depth of field is unfortunately usually pretty shallow.

Having setup FRV on my desktop, is there an easy way to transfer all my settings to my laptop?
Thanks
PS. I would also like to copy/transfer any cusomization of Shortcut keys that have been changed.

It started after several months of usage. Something has fillup or what.
When culling pretty fast, program freezes on several seconds after every dozen photos or so. its freezed dead - no menu, no photo change, nothing. It becamed almost unusable.
In general it slowed down dramatically, even turning on for simple image can take several seconds.
Any cache/temps to clear?

I still can't believe how good FastRawViewer is.
This is the first DAM program that immediately meets all my expectations and needs.
It's really perfect, nothing to complain about, it even exceeds my expectations.
And I thought I'd tried all the free and commercial programs on the market.
Be it Lightroom, Capture One, Exposure, Bridge, Silkypix, Exif Pro (the best so far) and what they're all called. My computer is full of them because no software could cover all my needs.

I'm evaluating this program as an alternative to Bridge and running into two issues:
First, selecting multiple files. In Bridge, if I'm viewing a file in filmstrip, that file is selected. I can then press and hold Shift and select subsequent files, including the current one. I do this frequently to open and merge these files in panoramas in ACR.
Do you have any plans to allow us to fill in values to a metadata template which could be passed along to LightRoom or PhotoShop?
